1. Is your company a trading company or manufacturer?

Ningbo Inno Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacture (factory), being established in the year of 2005, owns about 200 professional employees.

All of products are made by our company.

2. Does your company provide OEM and ODM service? How can I go through the partner projects with your company?

Yes, we do.

We have strong technology department to fulfill OEM and ODM projects. We are very happy to cooperate with our customers worldwide.

3. Are there some safety certificates of your security alarms?

Yes, there are many.

Many of Inno alarms got CE, RoHS, FCC and UL certificates, and we are now making more test certificates for other products.

4. How can I get a sample for testing the performance and quality of your products?

We supply free samples if the total value under 5 US dollars .If you have a DHL or UPS account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T, Western Union or Paypal.

5. What is your normal payment terms for orders?

The most usual payment term is T/T Bank Wire Transfer, in the actual situation, we accept 30% TT inadvance, and the balance against shipping documents, but sometimes, we need 100% payment inadvance.

The Western Union and Paypal also are well accepted, especially for small amount and urgent order.

With referrence to the Letter of Credit (L/C): if your company can open an irrevocable L/C at sight, we can consider, but note, this payment term is only for big order and big value.

6. Can I get a sole distribution right for one product in my country?

We are very sorry to say, normally, we don't give any sole distribution right to any customers, but it depends on actual conditon. If you insist on this right, please talk to our sales man for sure.

7. What's the Mininum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Normally different products have different MOQ.

Safety Angel: 100pcs; Pool Angel: 100pcs; Personal Alarm: 1000pcs; Alarm Lock: 1000pcs, Ect., please ask the sales man.

8. What's the delivery time for Minimum Order Quantity order?

Basically, we can deliver your goods in 20-25 days after receiving your deposit, however the exact delivery time depends on your order quantity and our factory's production schedule.

9. Can I get a discount if I purchase more than your MOQ?

Yes!

Our products price is altered with different purchase quantity, if you purchase more units, you will get a considerable discount.
